We want you to be happy with Nodus. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If Nodus does not work for you, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that purchase. Just contact us at the email below with the address you used to buy, and we will arrange the refund through our payment provider.
Recurring renewal charges are generally non‑refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. If a renewal was charged in error or you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
Because our reseller / Merchant of Record processes payments, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through that provider. Processing times depend on your payment method and provider.
