These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nodus desktop application, its Minecraft mod, related overlays, and this website (together, the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Nodus is

Nodus is a desktop application for streamers that connects your TikTok LIVE events (gifts, likes, follows, chat) to reactions in a game you run on your own computer, such as Minecraft. You provide and run the game yourself; Nodus connects to it.

2. Subscription & billing

Nodus is offered as a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently USD 9.99 per month) plus any applicable taxes.
Billing, taxes and receipts are handled by our reseller / Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for your purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use Nodus for your own streaming. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse‑engineer the Service, or share your license with others.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for your own stream and for complying with the terms and community rules of TikTok and any game you connect (e.g. Minecraft / Mojang).
You may not use Nodus for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content, or in any way that violates a third party’s rights.
You are responsible for the triggers and content you configure and broadcast.

5. Third parties & no affiliation

Nodus is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Mojang, Microsoft or any other trademark holder. Their names are used only to describe compatibility. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but features may change and some integrations (for example, additional games) may be added or removed over time. Third‑party platforms can change their systems in ways that temporarily affect functionality outside our control.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any account — including, without limitation, for abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour toward us, our community, or other users, or where we otherwise consider it necessary. Where we terminate an active subscription and the account is not itself at fault, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period through our payment provider. Access ends when we notify you of termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
